Well my hair is black and im trying to get my hair like justin bieber.
my hair doesnt look all soft and stuff it looks dry and sorta curly .
well when i get out the shower and dry my hair it looks perfect just like jb’s then it dries
up and starts look dry i use shampoo but no work
should i cut my hair in layers and maybe straighten it
