The tour dates for 2011 United States concerts have not yet been posted. If you live somewhere other than the USA, i’m not sure but i do know Justin Bieber is on tour in England and Europe now. If your girlfriends bday is soon, im not sure if you can get tickets to a concert of his. You would need to buy the tickets ASAP(within the first hour they are released) so follow his official fan club for information on it, BieberFever.com
